ACQUISITIONS

Verdera strategically acquires commercial properties across the spectrum of stabilized core plus, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.  Our target is traditional commercial office and medical office buildings (MOB) on a medium to long term hold.  We will consider repositioning opportunities and have successfully executed multiple similar projects.   We prefer properties in utility districts served by PG&E, SMUD, SCE, or SDG&E

As a privately owned and funded investment company, Verdera has the flexibility to pursue opportunities within California, and close quickly on properties that fit our target specifications.

BROKERS: Verdera actively pursues both listed and off-market opportunities.  Sourcing brokers will be protected and paid on off-market deals.
